IWICS Forms Joint Venture Partnership in Malaysia
IWICS Inc. has entered into a Joint Venture partnership with GreenPacket Sdn Berhad of Malaysia. The JV is incorporated as a Malaysian company under the name of PacketOne International Sdn Berhad. IWICS will own a 30% stake in PacketOne International.
PacketOne International will offer IWICS ODMA™ products and solutions to customers in Malaysia and over 30 countries in Southeast Asia and the Middle East. PacketOne International holds an exclusive license to offer ODMA solutions in Malaysia. PacketOne holds marketing rights to the remainder of the countries coverd by the Joint Venture agreement. “PacketOne International represents an exciting opportunity for IWICS to promote and distribute its technology to a large customer base,” said James Larsen, Chairman/CEO of IWICS. “Our partnership with GreenPacket holds the promise of significant acceleration of the IWICS business model that encourages the formation of partner relationships like PacketOne to distribute IWICS ODMA technology to our potential customer base."
