IWICS Forms South African Joint Venture Company
IWICS announced that it has completed formal agreements that establish a new Joint Venture Company based in
South Africa. POINT Pty Ltd is a joint venture co-owned between ABZU Pty Ltd and IWICS with the business focus of implementing
commercial ODMA-based Services in South Africa and Sub-Sarahan Africa. POINT Pty LTD has the exclusive license to offer ODMA-based
solutions and Services in South Africa
The partnership with ABZU is a result of the IWICS Global Partner Alliance Program initiated by IWICS in
2010. The partnership couples IWICS ODMA technology, a broad global Patent portfolio, and significant
research and development investment with ABZU's extensive commercial business relationships and deep local market
knowledge. The partnership will pursue deployment of ODMA systems in a number of verticals including security
systems, mining applications, railway applications, and wireless ISP systems.
